Refund Policy
At My Beautiful Moon, each moon phase portrait is created just for you. From the moment you place your order, we begin the process of designing a custom piece that reflects a specific date, message, and moment that is unique to you or your loved one. Because of the highly personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.
Requesting a Refund Before Production
We completely understand that sometimes, plans change. If you decide to cancel your order, you may do so for a full refund as long as:

You have not approved the digital draft of your moon phase portrait, and

Production has not yet started on your order.
We provide a digital preview of your custom portrait via email within 24 hours of receiving your order details. This draft allows you to check the moon phase, text, and overall layout before we move forward with creating your physical piece.
What Happens After You Approve the Draft
Once you approve the draft—or if 48 hours pass without a response from you after we send the preview—your order will automatically enter production. At this stage, changes are no longer possible, and the order becomes non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This policy ensures we can stay on schedule with production and deliver your customized piece in a timely manner.
Damages or Issues Upon Arrival
While we do not accept returns due to the customized nature of our products, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to provide a solution as needed.
